Goochland County Design Review Committee

Planning & Zoning also administers the review and approval process associated with the County’s established Design Districts. Districts are located along significant County roadway corridors and also include certain development sensitive zones such as the Comprehensive Plan villages. The Design Review Committee is appointed by the Board of Supervisors and meets on an as-needed basis
