| TRANSPORTATION | Highway System
Interstate 64 forms the northern border of Goochland with I-95 to the east. I-64 intersects with I-295 three miles east of the County line. In addition to I-64, Goochland is also served by State Routes 288, 45, 6 and US Highways 522, and 250. Route 288, a limited access four (4) lane highway connects with I-64 to I-95. It has five (5) interchanges (I-64, Rt. 250, Tuckahoe Creek Parkway, West Creek Parkway, Rt.6. Route 288 provides improved access to the eastern part of the county and bisects West Creek Business Park).
